Kinja'd!!!

It was so fricking difficult and I had to guess on so many of the questions. What shall I do to get out of rage mode?

As long as you tried your best you should be happy with the result. Whatever happens, happens.

But I forgot the formulas for some questions and I had to guess on some. I don’t think I did my best.

Look at pictures of DeSotos and other cushy land yachts and imagine the comfy seats and imagine how calming it must be riding around in a classic luxury car on a summer day.

Go for a nice drive, a run, a ride. Think about how it’s the last time you’ll need to remember how to math, until september 1st at least. (I had my math final this morning too, and am in the sane boat)

Yeah, take it from a 2nd year math guy that’s now 3 decades past it. All you need to do is get past the fucking class. Everything else you need is now available in job support resources like google, books, etc. (I remember, as a SW engineer, running into “Numerical Recipes” [algorithmic explanations] back when. Thought I’d died and gone to heaven when my search times went to 1/100th of what I’d inherited just from implementing a simple change.)

You have the language, the ability to apply concepts, etc. Just crush the class for whatever it’s worth. 2 bits to a donut says the prof. hasn’t been a mainstream production person anyway (though I’ve seen exceptions.) Take heart... that feeling you have doesn’t define what you can do.
